11 Push-Ups
Since I turned 37 recently I thought I'd test myself with some push-ups. Since I already did 40 push-ups with Eason on my shoulders last week, I was a little more ambitious this time.

New Routine
I finally did some cardio for the first time since the race. I've been so lazy. I meant to run while I was at the bungalow, but I had two weekends up there and I didn't run once. My laziness definitely showed in my performance today. I used level 10 on the treadmill, but it took me 25:13 minutes to run 3.64 km. I only averaged 5.38 mph (11:08/mile). I did climb 461 ft.

4th Of July
We went up to the bungalow for the fourth of July. Aviva gave me a hammock as an early birthday present. I love it! We had lots of fun all day and stayed up late to watch the fireworks.
