Training Routine

For years I've maintained a similar training cycle: chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders, legs, repeat. I would always try to work cardio in, but undoubtedly that's been an area where I have slacked off.

We went to Hannah's Fancy Nancy birthday party, so of course we had to dress fancy. Fancy Nancy was there with little orphan Annie and Dorothy and the Cat in the Hat.
