Sid the Science Kid At The American Museum of Natural History

I took my mom and the kids to see a Special Screening of Sid the Science Kid: The Movie at The American Museum of Natural History. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. None of us really watched Sid The Science Kid that much. I felt like it included all the science topics I would expect and some topics I was surprised to be familiar with.

Of course it included space and dinosaurs, which were both Eason's favorite topics at various times in his childhood. It also included simple machines, such as levers and pulleys, which Eason had been telling me all about ever since last Friday when his class spent the day making catapults. Right before the movie I had been looking up the different classes of levers to verify what he was telling me. The movie also included a bunch of stuff about bees, which I was only familiar which I was only familiar with since Andi brought UnBEElievables: Honeybee Poems and Paintings home from school last week. If it weren't for that I never would have figured out all the clues to the riddles in the movie.

We had a great time.
