We hadn't practiced at all this year, so it was a real challenge for all of us.
Eason decided to modify his goals stop after doing 300 push-ups in 30 minutes (sets of 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 10, 20, 10, 10, 30).
Andrea got into it this year and 340 push-ups in an hour (sets of 20, 20, 20, 30, 10, 20, 20, 20, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 20, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10), though her form definitely needs improvement.
I did 560 push-ups in an hour (sets of 30, 60, 30, 25, 30, 30, 25, 30 , 40, 30, 20, 20, 30, 25, 25, 25, 25, 20, 20, 20).
This was a big weekend for Andrea. Besides the push-ups, she ran another 3.2 miles with me, and this was her first time kayaking by herself.
