2014 Rye Derby

We all ran in the Rye Derby again this year. Eason and I ran the 5k (3.2 miles), and afterwards Aviva and Andrea and Eason ran the 1 mile fun run.

Eason did really well finishing in 0:30:09 with a pace of 9:25. I could not keep up with him and finished in 0:30:59 with a pace of 9:40. Then, and hour later, Eason finished the 1 mile fun run in 0:09:04, and Aviva and Andrea came in at 0:13:07.
